Popis: | Dielectric measurements were performed on Pb(Zr0.53Ti0.47)O3 ceramics containing different amounts of Nd2O3 with application of high ac field (0–12 kV/cm). Both the dielectric constant and dissipation factor were found to increase with increasing neodymium content. The composition having lower dopant concentration (≈0.5 mol%) exhibited excellent high-field characteristics which could be very useful in the generation of high-power ultrasonics. The effect of Zr Ti ratios on dielectric parameters was also examined. |
