Mehrcyclische ringsysteme mit cyclopentasilanen

Popis: New permethylated polycyclic silanes, Nonamethylcyclopentasilanylundecamethylcyclohexasilane, 1,4-Bis(nonamethylcyclopentasilanyl) decamethylcyclohexasilane and Bis(nonamethylcyclopentasilanyl)dimethylsilane, two of them containing both, five- and six-membered rings, were synthesized for the first time and characterized by spectroscopic methods. Comparison of the longest UV-absorption maxima with literature data of compounds containing exclusively either five- or six-membered rings, shows that the influence of ringsize on UV- absorptions, as known in monocyclic silanes, is also present in polycyclic systems.
