Popis: | Objective - The aim of the study was to study the effect of the duration of the comprehensive examination on the reliability of the HELIC - test in patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis.Material and methods. The data of the HELIC - test of 32 patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis were analyzed. One day before the test, a comprehensive examination (group 1) and 30 patients who had not undergone a comprehensive examination (group 2) was performed 1 day before the test. The complex examination included pH-metry, esophagogastroduodenoscopy, double testing for Helicobacter pylori infection and examination of biopsy material from 4 topographic zones of the stomach. The HELIK-test was carried out by Avramenko A.A. modified technique.Results. It has been found out that one day after the complex examination confirming the presence of active forms of HP-infection in the active form in 100% of cases on the gastric mucosa, a negative result of the HELIC- test was recorded in 29 (90.6%) patients of the 1st group, while in patients of the 2nd group the HELIK- test was 100% positive, which coincided in 100% of the cases with the results of the complex examination, which was carried out from 1 to 3 days after the initial HELIK - test.Conclusions. 1. Aeration of the gastric cavity for 17.23 ± 0.64 min during the complex examination either kills the active form of HP, reducing its concentration on the gastric mucosa, or provokes the rapid transition of the active form to the inactive (coccoid) form, which led to the negative results of HELIC-test in the patients of the 1st group. 2. This phenomenon can be used to develop a new direction in the treatment of chronic Helicobacteriosis - aerotherapy. |
