Popis: | A generalized formula has been derived taking into account the electronic polaron effect for the current density of field emission from a cathode coated with adsorbed nonmetal nanofilm. Based on the extrapolation formula for the potential energy of quantum image forces, obtained by the methods of polaron theory, the polaron contributions to the tabulated Fowler-Nordheim functions have been found that determine the current density. |
