Popis: | In a Postgate B medium which contains an accumulating culture of sulfate-reducing bacteria the hydrogenation of steel and its plasticity depend on the activity of the bacteria and are connected with their assimilation by the adsorbed hydrogen in biochemical reduction processes, which decreases the concentration gradient of hydrogen on the surface of steel. |
