Popis: | s S71 axis-dependent directions (circumferential, radial and longitudinal). 3D STE was analyzed using proprietary software (TomTec, Germany) and global circumferential, radial and longitudinal strains calculated for each phase of the cardiac cycle. RESULTS: The mean age was 26.0 15.5 (35% female). The mean LV ejection fraction by CMR was 65 10% (range: 42-86%). LV 4D strain analysis was feasible in all subjects. The mean LV peak principal, circumferential, radial and longitudinal strains by CMR versus STE were; -23.0 3.64% versus -31.6 6.0%, -18.3 3.3% versus -20.9 5.9%, 43.7 13.3% versus 66.8 24.4% and -15.1 2.8% versus -16.2 3.5%, respectively. Time-resolved global strain values from 4D CMR showed strong correlations to STE for each corresponding strain metric: r1⁄40.84 (p |
