Popis: | Behavior caring It is a behavior that is the lifeblood of the nursing fi eld. Behavior Caring able to infl uence the way humans think, feel and establish interactions with others. Nurses who work in the IPCU room must have the ability to display behavior caring in providing nursing care to all patients treated. So that nurses will avoid anxiety,burnout and stress due to caring for patients who are in a crisis phase. The aim of this study is to describe behavior caring performed by nurses working in the roomIntensive Psychiatric Care Unit (IPCU) RSJ dr. Radjiman Wediodiningrat. This research is a descriptive study using secondary data on work performance assessment lists (DP3) with aspects of behavior assessmentcaring nurse for 6 months. Sampling technique usingtotal sampling with a total sample of 29 nurses. Data analysis was carried out descriptively to describe behaviorcaring. The results showed that most of the nurses working in the IPCU RSJ dr. Radjiman Wediodiningrat is included in the category of having behaviorcaring which is high as many as 20 nurses (68.97%). Conclusion: The higher the behavior caring nurse in the IPCU RSJ dr. Radjiman Wediodiningrat, nurses are considered to be increasingly capable of providing good service in caring for patients. Behavior caring closely related to the quality of nursing care services. So, one way to improve the quality of service is to provide a program of eff orts to improve behavior caring nurse, well through in house tranning or out house tranning. |
