All-Optical Bistability from Quantum Dots in a Photonic Crystal Cavity

Popis:	We experimentally demonstrate room temperature all-optical bistability at telecom wavelengths using a nanobeam photonic crystal cavity embedded with an ensemble of quantum dots. Reflectivity measurements are performed to confirm the thermo-optic nature of the bistability.
