| Popis: | A patient with a pancreatic tumour suffered severe diarrhoea as a result of abnormal secretions of vasoactive intestinal polypeptide. Initial elemental feeding and continued nutritional support improved her nutritional status. The patient currently supports her nutritional needs from a normal diet. |
