Popis: | Faulty postural habits lead to upper trapezius spasm causing pain and affection of neck mobility. The study aimed to compare the immediate effect of Strong Surged Faradic Stimulation and self-stretching in Less Tensed Position in chronic trapezius spasm in young females. 46 female subjects with unilateral chronic trapezius spasm between the age 18-25 years were randomly allocated into Strong Surged Faradic Stimulation group and self-stretching group.
