Popis: In the present experiment, interaction of an air bubble with a shock wave generated by explodinga 10 mg PbN6 pellet in water was observed using double exposure holographic interferometry. The reconstructed interferograms clarified the detailed behavior of the collapsing bubble near the solid walls with different acoustic impedances. It was found that the shock wave and micro-liquid jet could be induced when the volume of the bubble was minimum. The impact pressure induced by the bubble collapse was measured by a pressure gauge with a side frequency response and found to be about 400 MPa.
