Statistically chewing efficiency after prosthesis is highly significant (P= .01). Conclusion: Patients were mostly satisfied with their removable partial dentures, which were evaluated as satisfactory by dentist. Patients chewing efficiency is been improved after prosthesis and food preference has not affected there chewing efficiency. Patients find little difficultly during speech and most of patients wear the denture entire day.
