Popis: | This paper presents an approach to deal with the uncertainty of generation and load in the optimal island partitioning of the automated radial distribution networks. The proposed approach is based on the concept of interval analysis, Relative Distance Measure (RDM) interval arithmetic, mixed integer linear programming with interval coefficients, and risk management tools. It defines a number of different island partitioning scenarios taking into account dependence (correlation) between loads and DGs. The best island partitioning scenario is obtained by employing the Minimal risk (Minimax) criterion for risk measurement. In this way, the presented approach provides a tool for a decision-maker to determine the island partitioning scenario that minimizes the risk of unsuccessful island operations in the uncertain environment. |
