Internal Flow Field Simulation and Design Optimization of Gas Sensor Test Device for Pipeline

Popis: In order to study the effect of different installation dimensions of the sensor on the characteristics of the internal flow field of the gas sensor test device for pipelines, nine sensor installation models of different installation sizes are established and meshed. Through the fluid analysis software platform, the above models are numerically simulated, and the distribution cloud diagrams of pressure and velocity of the flow field are obtained. Through comprehensive analysis, the installation dimension of the smallest indicator fluctuation and relatively stable internal flow field is 300mm installation distance and 40mm installation depth. Meanwhile, the installation position has a great impact on the measurement of the corresponding physical quantity according to the numerical simulation results. The research results can provide a reference for the optimization design of the gas sensor test device for pipelines.
