The aim of this study was to examine the organizational justice and its types and sub-dimensions, to reveal the importance of being fair in sports organizations. In addition, starting from the factors affecting organizational justice, to emphasize the role of leaders about what they should do in ensuring justice in sports organizations. For this purpose, the information obtained from the studies on organizational justice and leadership was compiled by literature review and a result was tried to be reached. In conclusion, the perception of organizational justice maintains its importance in the field of sports as it is in every field, it is important to bring every individual into sports and to create sports awareness, in this context, no individual should feel the concept of injustice in the sports environment. |
