Popis: | In the framework of the free volume concept, the dependences of α g T gand ΔαT gon μ and γ are considered and the interrelation between the fraction of the fluctuation free volume f g, Poisson ratio μ, and Gruneisen lattice parameter γ for chalcogenide, oxogenide, and oxohalide glasses is discussed. The fluctuation free volume model and the model of soft atomic configurations are compared in terms of anharmonicity of the glasses under investigation. |
