Popis:	We study features of point emitters in ZnSe-based quantum wells using laser-based spectroscopy with a high spatial resolution. We determine the experimental conditions under which quantum emitters formed by donor-acceptor pairs are observed. We discuss the possibility of studying individual defects forming a donor–acceptor pair using the spectrum of the corresponding quantum emitters.
