Popis: Solid-state fermentation of oil palm frond parenchyma tissue (OPFPt) using the edible fungus, Pleurotus sajor-caju, produced detectable amount of enzyme activities for the cellulases and laccase. These enzyme activities were enhanced by supplementing the culture with urea.
