| Popis: | We present results of investigation of transient and stable color centers generated in YAlO 3 and YAlO 3 : Nd crystals under the influence of γ, continuous wave and pulsed UV irradiation in the 30–300 K temperature range. Influence of the color centers on lasing characteristics of YAP–Nd crystals is also studied. The models of color centers in the examined crystals are discussed. |
