The purpose of the study is to assess the development trends of existing public reporting, taking into account industry specifics of companies, allowing them to take into account their competitive advantages and strategic development directions. Based on published independent ratings, the importance of the metallurgical industry in the Russian economy is determined, and the need for the relationship of industry characteristics of the company with the disclosure of information in reports for interested parties is justified. The key areas of strategic development of metallurgy in Russia are identified. They will be the basis for disclosing information on innovations, ecology, and product deliveries for relevant user groups. It is proposed to form interconnections between groups of stakeholders and their interests based on industry characteristics and development directions of metallurgical companies. In general, these proposals will increase the information transparency of companies. In turn, they will lead to a more productive dialogue with stakeholders, making companies more attractive and competitive in the market. |
