Popis: In order to research the electrical properties of (low-density polyethylene, LDPE)/Silica nanocomposites, this paper prepared LDPE/Silica nanocomposites with concentration of 0%, 0.5%, 1%, 3% and 5wt% using silicon dioxide (SiO 2 ) nanopowder (nanosilica) with particles size of 50nm. At the same time, the samples with elongation of 10% have been prepared. Broadband dielectric spectrometer has been used to measure the dielectric parameters of samples. The results show that addition of appropriate concentration of SiO2 nanoparticles can improve the dielectric properties of LDPE under tensile condition. The nanocomposites with concentration of 1wt% shows the best dielectric properties with stretching and un-stretching. This paper explains the dielectric properties of LDPE/SiO2 nanocomposite in details by using polymer chains motion and interface effect. And it provides reference for the in-depth understanding of effects of SiO 2 nanoparticles on the dielectric properties of LDPE under tensile condition.
