Popis:	A sonic flow regulator for metering pressurized CO 2 gas is described. Flow rates of 5,025, 700, and 400 ml/min were obtained with orifice sizes of 0.53-, 0.32-, and 0.20-mm inner diameter, respectively. This small, rugged regulator is an economical alternative to diaphragm-type regulators
