Popis: This paper presents a new digital control system for a multi-output AC/DC converter used in LED grow lights. The proposed digital control system is able to control the current flowing through each string of LEDs used in the LED grow light. The proposed control system utilizes a hybrid primary and secondary control technique in order to control the output currents in a closed-loop manner. Simulation and experimental results verify the feasibility of the proposed control system and demonstrate its superior performance.
