Popis: | The effective medium theory has been used to simulate the temperature dependence of the DC conductivity in granular systems. Various grain size, intergrain separation and charging energy distributions have been tested. Non-activated hopping type dependences are obtained. The conditions to be fulfilled to obtain the thermal variation experimentally observed in most granular metals and conducting polymers are discussed. |
