Calculation of the Vibration Activity of Design Elements of a Synchronous Impact Electromagnetic Machine with a Striker Inertial Reversal

Popis: | In this paper, we consider vibration processes in the design of an improved synchronous electromagnetic machine. A mathematical model of the dynamic state of the machine in the form of a system of differential equations is obtained as a result of joint solution of the equations of the electromagnetic state and the translational motion of the structural elements of the multimass mechanical system. The main calculations were performed in MATLAB/Simulink using structural modeling methods. On the basis of the simulation results, time diagrams of longitudinal oscillations of inertial masses were obtained, taking into account the effect of the impact load. The fundamental possibility of further use of the model for optimization calculations to improve the characteristics of synchronous electromagnetic machines, as well as for design problems, is shown. |
