Popis: | 1. It is shown that a combination of the methods of molecular distillation and chromatography is highly effective in the separation of mixtures of the high-molecular-weight compounds of petroleum into basic structural groups of compounds having similar molecular weights. 2. Monocyclic aromatic compounds have the highest molecular weights and are condensed in the last fraction of the molecular distillation, whereas the paraffin-cycloparaffin compounds are concentrated in the first two fractions. 3. The sulfur compounds are concentrated in the bicyclic aromatic compounds, which indicates that most of the sulfur of the high-molecular-weight compounds of petroleum is found in compounds of the bicyclic aromatic structural groups. |
