Popis: | The nuclear g factor of the 14 ns 21/${2}^{+}$ isomeric state in $^{89}\mathrm{Nb}$ has been measured using time differential perturbed \ensuremath{\gamma}-ray angular distribution (TDPAD) method following pulsed heavy-ion reaction and recoil implantation. From the observed spin precession frequency ${\mathrm{\ensuremath{\omega}}}_{\mathit{L}}$ in ferromagnetic Ni host, we obtain the g factor g(21/${2}^{+}$)=0.324(7). The measured value is in good agreement with our shell model analysis carried out using the effective g factors for proton particles and neutron holes in the ${\mathit{g}}_{9/2}$ orbitals. |
