Popis: Purpose. Improving the quality of the developed project documentation for the construction, repair or reconstruction of buil dings and structures. Method. The article used a set of research methods: an analysis of literary sources; statistical method of information processing; analytical method for determining the design parameters of the elements of the framework, photoanalysis. Results. Properly organized and implemented an effective quality control system for the passage of project documentation will further reduce the number of accidents of buildings and structures during their construction, repairs and operation. Scientific novelty. Statistical data on accidents in Ukraine were obtained and the main parameters and the nature of the destruction of structures in case of errors in the projects were identified. Practical significance. Recommendations on the passage of special stages of the developed project documentation, an effective control system to improve its quality indicators are given.
