The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of aerobic exercise on homocysteine and blood lipid status level. Eleven female students serve as the experiment subjects. They will do two hours of aerobic dancing without rest. They can drink water whenever they want. The intensity of exercise is between 55%~70% HRmax. Blood of the subjects will be drawn from the vein at pre-exercise, after exercise. Then the concentration of homocysteine, total cholesterol, triacylglycerol, LDL-cholesterol, and HDL-cholesterol will be measured.
