Popis: | A field-coupled thin-film transistor (TFT) is a dual-gate and four-terminal device where its top gate is coupled with an external field such as optical, mechanical, thermal, chemical and biological. This architecture can be very useful and smart when implementing a TFT for emerging non-display applications in particular, sensors. |
