Popis: | In this communication, we present a novel method for modeling structures with mirrors cells in two directions using homogenization technique. This method uses the finite element method to compute local electromagnetic properties. The studied structure is reduced to an elementary cell with appropriate boundary. The quasi-static effective constitutive parameters are obtained from the macroscopic properties. The numerical validation is presented and numerical results are compared to Maxwell-Garnett mixing formula predictions. |
