Popis:	This paper describes the results of a study of the genome variability of wheat, which occurs in the course of in vitro cultivation and which is observed at different levels of genome organization. The data on the changes found through studying the karyotype and sequences of nuclear, chloroplast and mitochondrial DNA of cell cultures and regenerant plants are presented.
