Popis:	A new Ru hydrosoluble BINAP derivative has been synthesized. This water-soluble catalyst was revealed to be enantioselective up to 94% and recyclable (at least three times) for the asymmetric hydrogenation of ethyl acetoacetate in a biphasic system.
