Popis: | Oil palm (Elaeis guineensisJacq.) is a beneficial tropical crop that produces oil vegetables, those needs continue to increase. Clone planting on a large scale is one of the possibilities to increase oil palm production. Identification of genotype oil palm embryoid can optimize the efficiency of the culture process. Twenty-six projected embryoid genes with code amino acid from 850 to 936 bp from oil palm tissue culture were collected from the NCBI database. This study clarified the variation and role of physicochemical characteristic, possible peptide transfer and subcellular localization of the oil palm (Elaeis guineensisJacq.) embryoid genes. The similarity of genes in embryoids on phylogenetic trees showed the potential to detect the role of specific embryoid genes to help the breeders optimize cloning processes. |
