Popis:	The cyclopentadienyl(triphenylphosphine)nickel(II) halides C5H5NiPPh3X with X = Cl, Br, I, have been synthesized in good yields from nickelocene and triphenylphosphonium halides. Some chemical, physical and crystallographic properties of the complexes are given and their electronic, infrared and particularly their proton-magnetic-resonance spectra are discussed. The iodide forms an inclusion compound with hexane of composition C5H5NiPPh3I · 1/2C6H14.
