Popis:	Prediction of seismicity is one of the elements of ecology hazard warning. For the Caspian - Black Sea region, such prediction is an extremely important problem in connection with distribution of earthquakes on the most part of its area. For elaboration of a procedure of the prediction it takes into account that 90% of earthquake hypocentres and released energy of seismic waves is associated with the elastic-brittle layer of the lithosphere.
