Popis: | The development of a complex product such as an aircraft, train or car is not accomplished by just one manufacturer but rather by an extensive network of manufacturers. Within this network, parts are developed and integrated into a module, modules are integrated into a system and systems are integrated into a product. During these parallel development processes, each part as well as product itself should pass different test processes on different test levels. In doing so, a part sometimes passes its test process but fails within the test process on the next, higher, level. In such a situation, the different companies have to work closely together to identify the source of the error, which is complicated because of heterogeneous test processes. Different test systems and corresponding different test procedure languages are examples of the heterogeneity that should be overcome. To solve these issues, this paper proposes a TES for the product lifecycle of a complex mechatronic system, which enables the seamless collaboration of heterogeneous test processes. For that purpose, the paper defines which test process-related content has to be exchanged, how the exchange can be implemented and how the integration is realized seamlessly. |
