One of the key problems with hydrogel basedBioMEMS drug delivery system is its poor controllability. A drug immobilization partition controlscheme is applied to a positively triggered hybrid system for controllability. With suitable amountof drug immobilization, the switching effectiveness is increased drastically from 43.6% to 140%.
