| Popis: | A peripheral primitive neuroectodermal tumor (PNET) is a rare and aggressive malignant tumor, which most frequently occurs in children and young adults. The most well described site of origin is the chest wall. We report the case of a primitive neuroectodermal tumor in the anterior mediastinum with unusual CT findings. |
