Popis: | An approach to calculating integral conductivity of a model nanotube/dielectric composite system is discussed. Conductivity of random nanotube network formed in the dielectric medium is simulated considering tunneling conductivity between individual nanotubes being in close proximity and taking into account intrinsic conductivity of nanotubes. |
