Popis: | The combined method for the formation of nanostructured surface layers of materials with the shape memory effect (SME), which consists of the plasma deposition of a mechanoactivated powder and the subsequent two-stage thermomechanical treatment with intermediate annealing, is discussed. A multipurpose installation that allows running the total work cycle is designed. The governing parameters are determined; the optimum process conditions contributing to the formation of a nanostructure surface layer with the SME are specified. Using the example of a thermomechanically operated detachable joint, we show that it is possible and economically feasible to use the surface modification of pieces with materials with the SME. |
