Popis: The use of technology in people's daily lives is increasingly present. Banking, automatic card purchase, a way we make payments or talk constantly. For people of any age, managing the use of these technologies is critical to maintaining an autonomous life and actively participating in the community. However, the use of technology increasingly involves the use of cognitive skills. The purpose this study is a review of the literature on the use of everyday technology in the lives of people with cognitive impairment and to discuss to what extent this same technology can promote independence and functionality and at the same time be one of the main barriers to the individual's participation in the community.
