Popis: | Results: The mean exercise duration was 10 ± 4 min. Two patients had inducible ischaemia on exercise echocardiography. Diabetics and patients presenting with dyspnoea had a shorter exercise time (7 min vs. 11 min, p < 0.001 and 8 min vs. 12 min, p < 0.001, respectively). Exercise duration was correlated with exercise E/e � (ρ = −0.38, p < 0.001), age (r = −0.48, p < 0.001) and resting e � (r = 0.36, p = 0.001) but not with resting e or SR. Diabetics had both significantly higher rest and exercise E/e � (13.7 vs. 9.4, p < 0.001 and 14.2 |
