Popis:	This clinical case describes medical history of the patient who came to the clinic with complaints of progressive decrease in visual acuity and intolerance of spectacle correction. In the following article all methods of diagnostic are fully described. We are also mentioning and discuss aspects of modern methods of diagnostic and treatment of keratoconus in children such as corneal collagen crosslinking.
