Popis:	The title compound, C12H13ClN4OS, was prepared by the reaction of 4-amino-3-(3-hydroxy­prop­yl)-1,2,4-triazole-5-thione and 4-chloro­benzaldehyde. The configuration at the azomethine C=N bond is E and the compound can be assigned as the thione tautomeric form. The crystal packing is stabilized by O—H⋯N and O—H⋯S inter­molecular hydrogen-bonding inter­actions.
