Popis: | we report a solution phase synthesis to obtain dimeric PNA-RNA building blocks using a microwave-assisted Ugi four-component reaction. The mixture of a functionalized amine, a carboxymethyl nucleobase, paraformaldehyde and the N4, 2'-O, 3'-O-tribenzoyl-5'-deoxy-5'-isocyano-cytidine generates in one step the dimeric chimeras. This method is simple and provides a fast access (5 min) to diversity as exemplified. |
