Popis:	Deoxycholic acid micelles have been used successfully in capillary electrophoresis to estimate the octanol-water partition coefficient (log P) of a number of drugs; the methodology developed is fast and is suitable for the determination of this physico-chemical parameter for neutral, basic and weakly acidic molecules with a variety of structures.
