Gender stereotype of male nurse in a virtual reality game: Exploring the effect of MBTI in decision-making process through game theory

Popis:	We apply game theory to develop role-playing game, so as to train people who want to engage in nursing to make appropriate decisions while confronting a dilemma. The experiment tests the decisions made by the participants in each round, and then analyze their final results. Results suggest that users' personal traits correlates the decision-making. It further explores whether there is a consistency between people's behavior in real situation and in a virtual situation.
