Thermopower, Hall effect and magnetoresistivity of Ru1−xSbxSr2Sm1.5Ce0.5Cu2O10−d

Popis: Magnetoresistivity, thermopower and Hall effect on the samples of Ru 1− x Sb x Sr 2 Sm 1.5 Ce 0.5 Cu 2 O 10− d were investigated in the temperature range 4–300 K with a magnetic field up to 9 T. Superconducting transition temperature decreases with increases content of Sb, due to a distortion of RuO 6 octahedral, which is responsible of the increase in hole localization, reflected by Hall concentration, too. The inhomogeneous granular structure is put in evidence by the intragranular, T co , and intergranular T cg , transition temperatures. Hall effect and thermopower anomalous decreases below T magnetic can be explained within a simple two-band model by a transition from localized to more itinerant behavior in the RuO 2 layer at T magnetic .
