Popis: | THz detection by plasma wave mechanism in InGaAs HEMTs is studied in high/quantizing magnetic fields regime. The correlation between the photovoltaic response and magnetoresistance is revealed. It allows to explain the nature of strong oscillations observed in the transistor Terahertz photoresponse. |
